I tried the headphones in windows 10 and they seen to work properly there. ![]() I even upgraded my kernel to 4.18 hoping that it would solve the issue. I have been Googling around to find a solution to this since the last 1 week but nothing has worked. But mysteriously it does not play any sound. I can confirm that Linux Mint recognizes the Headphones as it mutes the built in speakers when i plug in my headphones. But anything over the 3.5mm jack doesn't work. Sound perfectly works on built-in speakers as well as over bluetooth. Later i found that somehow some setting had changed and i was unable to get any sound when i coneected my wired headphones. Later on a couple of weeks later i decided to try my Bluetooth Headphones with my laptop and they worked perfectly. ![]() It is currently running Linux Mint Dual booted with Windows 10 alongside. ![]()
